I'm having a heck of a time getting my recently purchases Polar Unite watch to connect with the also recently purchased H9 chest strap.

I am able to pair the H9 with the phone-based Polar Flow app and can see heart rate, etc...

The main reason I purchased these was to monitor my HR in real time (glancing at the watch) to adjust my level of effort to obtain/stay in that session's training Zone.

Polar customer support has not been able to get my watch and H9 paired so...I'm at a loss as to what to do (other than return everything and try other options).

Open to any idea and suggestion to get the watch and the strap paired and in advance, thanks!
