Group of teenagers jumped on my car - Have video evidence but not 100% on who caused damage.
Hi everyone, recently I caught on my dashcam a group of teenagers jumping on the hood of my car and causing property damage. I know their address and ’ve filed a police report and unfortunately the police said they can’t do much other than talk to those people. Is there a way for me to pursue legal action either to the address or the parents for some reparation?

Edit: Thank you so much to everyone who’s commented and given advice, I appreciate every single one of them. I’ll make sure to look into informing my insurance or filling a claim in the small claims courts. I want to have some sort of reparation to fix my car but most importantly to make sure that this won’t happen again as they are my neighbours and might think they can get away with it again.
