Figured out the cause of lower back pain
I'm not looking for advice I just wanted to tell someone, because I have no one to tell that I think I've figured out the initial cause of my lower back pain.

I used to swing for hours every day as a kid to get away from the toxic energy in my house. It was an escape to daydream, disassociate and feel free. At first I just had a wood swing held on to an old swing set frame with some rope. And then I had a real swing set at some point. My lower back has been weird for my entire life as long as I can remember since late childhood at least.

Today I was walking through a park and happened to get on a swing for a minute. I've done this several times as an adult but today it just clicked for some reason. I spent so many hours on end daily for years swinging as I was growing it had to be a contributing factor.

I actually knew something was weird of my lower back and started mentioning it to doctors when I was a teenager but of course I was dismissed. I wish I could have had some earlier intervention. Probably doesn't change much for me now but it's just nice knowing something that was probably a big contributor. And also one more way that my childhood has affected my health. Thanks for listening.
Lazy Mocktail
Ginger Lime Seltzer with Lime Cucumber Gatorade is surprisingly good.
