Is there a way to add comments to text in Studio?

Since I did not receive the device, are the "::" notes linked to where they originated from when synced to studio?

I am doing the "fast draft" method, commenting things I want to change later.
I can still do something like [!example comment!], just wondering if there is native support for having a comment overview in Studio, or if it is a planned feature.
