Advise on TOA Solo’s
I just would like to hear what others think. Mainly on my invy/gear setup. I just finished greenlogging Yama so now TOA.
I have - Shadow
Fang
Bowfa
Blowpipe
Max mage gear
Range Gear is crystal
Melee is oathplate
Im sure you all can fill in the rest.
If some of you can just shoot me some suggestions on Exact gear setups/Inventory.. That would be amazing, thanks!

Ancestral - Tin Foil Hat Theory
Seems to me the Jagex team is worried on how we value Ancestral once Rework is Live. Now my question/theory is this … if they are concerned then why in the world are they proposing CoX changes to make it more common by a whopping 60+% ??
Its either 1 of 3 reasons,
- They said f*ck Ancestral afterall
- They have new BIS mage armor in the works that require Ancestral (yes I know they have stated this is not a great scenario)
- They are just completely contradicting themselves and are not organized at all
Anyhow was curious what you all thought of it. Is it simply a double smack down on Ancestral’s Value? Is it something more lucrative? Is it just a cluster fuck.
Am I losing it?

Ancestral Buff? Read Sub-Title
So Jagex has made it clear the Shadow Rework is complete. The only thing holding it back is what it will do to Ancestral. Another Raid Unique.
They are well aware that Ancestral is only valued so high due to Shadow. This isn’t a decade ago where other alternatives don’t exist.
So, what are we speculating that Ancestral gets minor tweaks to keep peoples excitement on getting said drop?

Shadow - What we like to see!
This fook’n item is going to explode if they simply remove the gear dependency. That alone will bring it to new heights.
Ancestral is a little risky but also at a very low price right now. Gut feeling says if Jagex does indeed finally remove that gear dependency, they wont leave Ancestral in the dirt. It it is an iconic set. Which surely they understand its propped up due to Shadow ( I believe they mentioned this in a blog post/stream?? )
Anyhow - yeah goodluck to anyone holding these or soon to be holding.
