Cannot stand straight
Tore my ACL almost 5 months ago, did not go for surgery due to some reasons. I was able to walk normally without any pain until about 4 months and since past one I can't stand straight, and I feel a bit of relief after physio but then if I sit for 10 minutes it goes back. I couldn't be consistent with physio in the first few months. Anything that can help?
