What Runes/Summoners are "best"?
Hey guys, I've been contemplating my decision for both my runes and summoner spells recently, because I feel like they could be hindering my ability to snowball.
For reference I'm currently Emerald but I've been struggling in my Katarina games, I am an AP Kat almost exclusively player running electrocute, but I use resolve secondary and also flash/tp as my sums. I use resolve for the extra sustain in ranged matchups, and teleport also to both teleport back to lane early or for rotations.
However, I'm wondering if I'm losing a lot of value from not taking triumph/coup as my secondary runes because I'm choosing to play safer instead of more aggressive? Same with ignite instead of TP, I feel perhaps my rune/sum choices are too passive and I'm not snowballing early enough? Wondering if it's also just a confidence thing because I've been playing too safe, and need the aggression to win lane earlier and take control of my games hence also taking more aggressive runes/sums? I could see TP still being viable for rotations and kill opportunities though.
What runes/sums are you guys taking? Is it even worth taking resolve anymore?
