How do you handle a child with anxiety? She’s 5 and although I know it’s too soon to diagnose her, she’s always shown signs of anxiety.

Lately she’s been super hard on herself if she misbehaves or does something wrong, even accidentally. We don’t yell, hit, etc (and never have) but with the way she reacts you’d think we do. I don’t understand why she’s like this.. we try to remind her it’s not a big deal most of the time and that we’re here to support her in anyway we can but she continues to be scared and anxious
