Helps on thread breaking constantly

For fixing constant thread breaks, the main checks are:

Thread quality: Old/cheap thread snaps. Use cross-wound polyester for industrials.

Re-thread correctly: Miss one guide and tension goes crazy. Floss the tension discs.

Upper tension: If it’s too tight, back it off to 3-4 and test.

Needle issues: Bent, burred, wrong size, or in backwards. Swap to new 90/14 or 100/16 for heavy fabric.

Burrs: Feel the needle plate hole, hook, and bobbin case. Fine sandpaper can smooth nicks.

Timing: If it still breaks, your hook timing might be off
