Just watched this guy nonchalantly grab box off porch, then slip it into his own bag. Walked down middle of street. I said something, he said it was his. Not sure what I expect this post to accomplish but doing some civic duty.

Edit: Didn't have time to present my entire case because getting on a bus. He grabbed a package off a porch and walked off. beyond odd. Half a block away, he puts it into a grocery bag. I asked him if it was his, he said yes, and he kept walking down the middle of the street for several blocks.
