MEDSCI313 as a BSc psychology student.

I'm very interested in reproductive biology, but I am studying a BSc majoring in psychology, and so I'm scared I may not have quite the amount of biology knowledge required for this course. I have taken biosci107 which is the pre requisite, but I wanted to know more in-depth what the course is like.

Are there lots of students from other backgrounds than medical sciences, or would I be "the odd one out"? Would it be weird to take this course as a science elective?

Also, is the course as content heavy as biosci107?
