I’m looking to have a Douglas Chase Border Collie plush customised to resemble the Douglas Retired Driver Australian Shepherd. I want the changes to be fully sewn, with no colouring.

I have a $200 budget and I’m trying to find someone who could do this. If anyone has had something similar done or knows an artist who might be able to do it, I’d really appreciate recommendations!! Thanks
