Saturday lume check — Aquatico Atlas Tritium, green dial

Hi everyone—Calvin from Aquatico here.

Sharing our Atlas Tritium Dive Green Dial for this Saturday’s lume check. It uses Swiss MB-Microtec T-100 tritium for a steady glow without needing a flashlight charge beforehand.

Lume photos are always fun, but I’m interested in what you appreciate when actually wearing a watch after dark.

Do you prefer the bright initial glow of conventional lume or the steady illumination of tritium through the night?

Share what’s glowing on your wrist tonight—any brand welcome. Happy to answer questions about the Atlas, too.

[Aquatico Azure Voyager] Lapis lazuli and bronze—what do you think of this pairing?

Hi everyone, Calvin from Aquatico here.

Here’s a preview of our upcoming Azure Voyager, pairing a blue lapis lazuli dial with a bronze case and an automatic mechanical movement.

The contrast is what appeals to me most: the rich blue and irregular stone pattern against the warmer metal. We’ve kept the blue strap in the mix to carry the dial colour through the design.

I’d love to hear your thoughts: does the white inner scale complement the stone, or would you prefer a more open dial that shows more of the material?

The Azure Voyager is coming soon. Happy to answer questions and hear what you’d like to see in the full reveal.

Titanium + forged carbon: what do you want from a modern tool watch?

We have been exploring what a modern tool watch should feel like on the wrist, and the Super Marine Titanium Carbon is our answer.

It combines a lightweight Grade 5 titanium case with a forged carbon-fiber dial and bezel. Titanium keeps it comfortable for all-day wear, while the carbon adds a textured, technical look that changes with the light—each pattern is naturally a little different.

It is still designed with the practical, no-nonsense character of a proper dive/tool watch, just interpreted with contemporary materials.

For your next tool watch, what matters most: low weight, durability, traditional steel construction, bronze patina, or more experimental materials like carbon?

Would love to hear your preference.
