Advanced, yet simple lateral flow
The footing was very questionable and slippery on the cork mat 🥴 will redo on the rubber flooring
Lateral 2-hand swing 2x
Catch into hunter squat
Leg driver
Bottoms Up TGU
Fails and all 😬👍
Light 8kg until it doesn’t feel light anymore lol
I almost always end my TGUs in a single leg stance too 🤠
Another 2 piece kettlenugget 🤭😗
This one’s similar to the flow I posted last week - but far more rhythmic and fluid imo
Swing snatch into reverse lunge
> reverse hand release to switch sides
2 piece kettlebell flow
Y’all already know I love snatches 😝
Here’s an even better entry level flow that has some footwork 🔥
-staggered stance swing
-step thru snatch
Simple level changing flow
Snatch into 1/2 kneeling windmill
(What do yall call that hand transition on the swing release?)
Simple Flow: Gunslinger, swing, snatch
12kg
It’s a high pull*** my bad (not gunslinger)
Redid this flow with a 12kg
Swing snatch
Swing clean
Pendulum swing into rotational lunging snatch
Figure 8 into waiter catch
Cossack squat
For sure not as clean as I’d like on some of these reps 😬 it’s a WIP
Conventional Deadlift 145lbs x 6 (126lbs BW)
For my experienced lifters with a good eye for detail, what do you think?
2017 vs 2026 - Strong is the New Skinny
Back in the mid 2010’s when I had graduated college, my goal weight was 105lbs as a 5’3” woman 🫠🫠🫠
I got down to 108lbs, but felt like dropping any lower was physically impossible. I’d photograph my body every single day to “track progress,” and as someone who had struggled with binging and purging, trying to “dial down” on my nutrition more only became more and more restrictive.
One obvious sign of being undernourished and too thin is losing your menstrual cycle. I couldn’t tell you how many years I went without a cycle. For sure probably 2 years 🫠🫠🫠
Anyway, we all have our own struggles and journeys.
Focusing on being strong and capable wins 10000x over trying to make yourself smaller in my experience ❤️
Here’s me at a healthy 126lbs, 19% body fat 😬👍
(I was probably around 113lbs (15% bf) in the 2017 picture)
Latest straight hold 🥵
Still wobbly, but for sure the longest straight hold I’ve been able to do at around 18s
Alternating single arm swings with 12kg
Trying to unlearn some unfavorable habits with my swing - for a while I could tell I was guarding on the back swinging and not going deep enough. What do yall think?
I know I could go heavier in theory, but my legs are way stronger than my upper body - idk just holding the bell as it falls back is the hardest part of the swing for me ironically 🤔
1st time swinging 28kg (126lbs bw)
For sure think I need to go deeper into the hinge on the back swing - had some reps that felt safer once I allowed my knees to be more neutral and not having them push outwards so much. Any tips? (I have a history of back issues and historically get flare ups for context)
New here 👋 what do yall think of my Anderson back squat?
Been more conservative on my squats and sticking to a pain-free 95lbs right now for max effort (I weigh 126lbs) - been trying to descend more with my hips pushing back instead of driving my knees forward to initiate the descent.
New here 👋 this is my latest favorite flow
Swing snatch
Swing clean
Pendulum into rotational lunging snatch
Figure 8 to waiter rack
Lateral lunge
**repeat**
