I would like to request clarification regarding the status updates on my dashboard. I have noticed that all the projects I have applied for are now showing “Hiring Manager Reviewing”, including applications for which I have not yet completed an interview, as well as some that were previously indicating that I did not qualify.

Could you please clarify whether this is a system update, an error, or if there has been a change in the application review process?
