Hello!

I recently ran 12 gauge speaker wire behind my walls and into boxes in my basement. I will run wires with banana plugs to the walls for a more clean look.

I ran 12 gauge speaker wire for the sub behind the wall. I did not realize that subs run off of RCA cable connections instead of traditional speaker wire connections.

1. am I able to simply find an rca male plug that works with speaker wire?

2. this is a powered sub, will this speaker wire suffice or did I run the wrong cable?

The wires for 7.1 are all going into a 2-gang outlet box, so the wire to RCA kits I have seen online won't work (not enough space).
