Ways to motivate your practice?

I have been quite demotivated to practice the last year and have been thinking in ways to keep up my practice a bit more interesting.

As a professional violinist who has been playing violin for more than 20 years, I feel that practicing isolates you from the world and mentally can be quite tiring (especially if you do it several hours a day).

I tried the app Tonic, by Ray Chen, but I found it quite distracting and exposed, because people can listen to you, and talk with you. I did like the gamification part of it, but it didn't work out in the end.

I recently started scheduling practice sessions in a community I created in meetup, where some of my students also participate. The idea is that we have scheduled zoom calls, where we can join and practice muted, but still by being present with more people. I like the way those go, because you don't hear the practice, but you still feel less lonely (and whoever wants to show their camera can). People still use the chat if they want to.

I wonder if someone has any other practice tips to make practicing more interesting and less mentally tiring?
