Has there been any specified reason why we get limited time events? Does JP's playerbase have a different view of them potentially?

I truly want clarification, I find the game to be incredibly boring when the hardest fights are from 6 months ago, and I have units obliterate them.

Just finished at 87 questions. I feel like I failed.

I just finished my NCLEX-PN exam and a bit of it I felt confident, but I still feel like I failed.
