My fps lows are really low for some reason? Are there any fixes? The frame time is really low and it causes unplayable lag and input delay.

My graphics settings are unchanged and i have tried both fullscreen and borderless. My specs are 32gb 3600mts, 7900xt and 5800x. Someone help!!!!

Changing the graphics settings isnt helping. I have also realised that capping fps to 360 sets my avg to 360 with 8fps lows and uncapping my fps sets an average of +/- 60 fps

Moving my cursor causes increased frame time and lowers fps causing input latency and lag. Lowering my mices polling rate from 8khz to 1khz changed the fps lows from 8 to 22...
