Backyard concrete crack
Not my house but I'm looking to fix it it's my brothers home and I don't care if he complains.
Other than completely tearing it up, is there a good solution for sealing the crack or filling it?
I have a slight flooding problem in my apartment when it rains too much I feel the water comes through the crack and into my floor which maybe 4 ft lower than the backyard. The portion where the grass is floods and I feel like it may be making its way through the ground and into my basement apartment.
I have a sump pump installed maybe 100 feet from the grass area of the backyard in my hallway and a hole in the ground containing the pump has a stream of water like a hose filling it when it rains hard so I feel the water may be making its way into the ground from the back yard.
