I have COPD + Chronic Bronchitis and started on Trelegy a couple of months ago. In addition to the Trelegy I take 1200mg Musinex 2x/day. The Trelegy is working very well, has improved my breathing and cut my coughing/phlegm production by more than 50%. That said, the phlegm seems stickier and seems more difficult to cough up. For the most part this isn't a problem except that it seems to make my voice sound a bit "gravelier". I'm wondering if anyone has found a cough drop, throat spray or similar that helps with this.

Ideas?

We are thinking of moving back the EC are and wondering what's up with snow removal. Being retired we are not real excited about clearing the snow away so a couple of question about it. Does the city remove the snow/ice berm the city plows create? Does the city clear the sidewalk that runs along the street? What should I plan to spend for an 'average' wither season to keep an average in-town drive and sidewalk clear ( we don't have to be a priority ).
