How's my recent sand team comp looking?

My goal was to run a team that more or less counter plays into multiple strategies and plays into their own setup. The core team is Milotic, Sinistcha, & Garchomp, all playing very nicely into the others weaknesses and applying pressure on necessary switches.

Spot 4 is then reserved for my 3 Megas, responding as counter plays to my opponents own strategies.

Tyranitar is a weather disruptor and strong counter to most tailwind users. He also helps Garchomp become a menace with sandveil + brightpowder defensive setup, allowing safer Sword Dances and sweeps.

Scizor is my response for trick room teams, opting for curse instead of swords dance to act as a sort of "Quiver Dance at home" once my opponent sets up the trick room for me. From there he can outspeed and remove the setter and start picking off and chipping the other team with its move spread.

Delphox is the much needed fire support and helps cover tailwind setters Ttar hates, with just enough speed to outmaneuver a few threats. It also sets up my own trick room in scarier tailwind match ups for disruption.

Open to any and all feedback, I think this team has great potential but could use a 2nd pair of eyes.

Edit: Made some notable move changes to a few more standard sets, replacing coverage for Protects and getting Milotic, Delphox & Sinistcha back into their preferred sets. While they were fun, the consistency their main sets give is undeniable, the surprise factor was quite fun in a few of their games. Scizor also no longer Megas, opting for holding the sitrus berry instead, and sashing sinistcha for safer pivots in emergencies. Trying this out currently.

Update: The conversation here has been great, I appreciate the advice and input on this team from those that commented. After my changes I've now started testing BO3 games, and while there are still scary match-ups the variety and switch ups made by this team have felt good strong and fun to setup, will enjoy tempering this team further.
