Do people think I flirt with them when I’m twirling my hair?

I fidget with my hair all the time and even more in social/ stressful situations but movies told me that all the girls play with their hair when they like guys.
And even in modern media like wicked playing with your hair is a big thing to seem more confident and attractive. Is it really like this? Because I’ve got a boyfriend whom I really love and adore and I don’t want to signal other people that I like them. I mean I’m Situations like at events or a bus station it’s not so direct but like one on one talks.
I also don’t wanna sound self centered, I know that not everyone loves me but I just don’t wann signal the wrong thing.

I bought a box with art supplies (second hand) a few month ago and this weird pill thing was in it. Idk if it’s some kind of medicine because of the package or maybe a sweet because of the bear shape. Also the fact that it’s brown is really weird. I’m def Not opening it to try tho.
