Hello Dentists!

I had a tooth extraction on the 19th (Root canal that failed and tooth fell apart). They had to cut the gum to remove the tooth and then stitched it back over. I have a feeling one of the stitches has came out early? Not sure if this is an issue but it has revealed a little gap, and a tiny holy in the inside of my cheek as well. The gap isn’t an issue for me, but just want to make sure that it’s not an issue. Is the white stuff in the cavity tissue granulation and I shouldn’t worry? Or should I contact my dentist.
