More than a month ago a girl started giving me obvious signs that she's interested. She always came to me while studying and invited me to study together.

Now, it's been more than a month, and I am still trying to get myself to ask her out to coffee or dinner or whatever, but every time I open my phone to text, I hesitate.

The reason for this is because, even though I am interested too and would like to know her more, I don't think I feel ready for a relationship. I feel like if I ask her out and escalate things, I will leave her sooner or late and break her heart (which happened to another girl before), so better not make a move.

What should I do? How do I stop this feeling? I do want to be close, but I am afraid of going all the way in.
