Hey!!

I absolutely love Mumford & Sons. I've been to two of their concerts and they were amazing. But when they ended, they just felt so short.

I blame Bruce. I've been to 10 Springsteen concerts, all around 2h45–3h long, and I know he used to play even longer... Up to 4h!!!

The funny thing is, I probably now love Mumford's songs even more than Bruce's these days. But when it comes to the live experience, how can I not compare?

I know that quantity doesn't automatically mean quality, and I'm not saying every band should play for three or four hours. But Mumford & Sons are playing stadiums now in the US. Why not stretch the show a little? Even another 20–30 minutes would make a big difference.

Is there a reason they seem to cap their shows always around 1h50? I'd genuinely love to understand.

I have a strong genetic tendency toward high LDL cholesterol, so I follow a very strict diet that's very low in saturated fat. By doing so, I usually keep my LDL around 110 mg/dL. A few years ago, before I started paying attention to my diet, it was around 220 mg/dL. I don't take any cholesterol-lowering medication.

I'm wondering how quickly LDL responds to changes in diet.

For example, if I completely abandoned my diet for one month and my LDL increased from 110 to 170 mg/dL, then returned to my usual strict diet for the following month, would my LDL likely go back down to my baseline level of the last years of around 110 within a month as well? In other words, does LDL generally fall as quickly as it rises, or does it tend to take longer to come back down?

I'm interested in the physiology behind this, as well as any personal experiences.

A minha família é cliente da NOS em Portugal e tenho usado a NOS TV Online com a conta deles, recorrendo a VPNs, mas acabo sempre por ser bloqueado.

O site da Sport TV também me reencaminha para o operador de TV.

No site da RTP consigo ver sem problemas, mas a TVI pede subscrição paga e a SIC dá erro.

Existe alguma solução simples para aceder a estes canais a partir de fora da UE?

So even if I use a new device, new number and new email for tinder registration an AI chatbot told me that If I log in to my google account associated with the banned email on the new device or put in the SIM card of the banned number on the new device the new device also gets "contaminated" and they will catch me!

​I’m planning a total scorched-earth reset for Tinder and Bumble. I want zero links to my old, suppressed accounts. I’m going all in, but I need to know if this setup is truly "shadowban-proof."

​The Strategy:

​Brand new device.

​New phone number + new email.

​Don't connect to old Wi-Fi.

​New SIM for mobile data for the first week or so.

​Account creation will be done in a different country.

​New Google Play Store account + new payment method.

​Fresh photos (never uploaded before).

​Don't do the face verification.

​The Big Questions:

​Do I need to change my new photos a lot, or is being "new" enough? AI told me that nowadays they can connect new photos to old photos with the same face, so is the "Biometric/Liveness" check sophisticated enough to flag a face from a previously banned/deleted account even with new photos?

​Is the "90-day data retention" rule relevant for this photos issue? I guess it's not relevant for anything else as I'm changing everything...

​After a few days, can I use the old SIM card just for mobile data? IPs are always changing, so I hope they will not catch me with that.

​Wi-Fi: I'm afraid if I have success, after a few months I may forget and log into some old Wi-Fi where the old account lived. Will that ruin everything?

My plan is to use a new email, new device, new phone number, new photos, a new payment method, new google playstore account for payments and even create the account from a different country since I travel a lot.

If I change everything like this waiting the 90 days (during which they usually retain most data) is basically irrelevant, correct?

I would like to restart Tinder and Bumble with a 100% new account, and I’ve been reading about how data linking works on those apps.

My plan is to create a new account with a new email, new phone number, new photos, and even in a different country since I travel a lot.

I’m not sure what to do about the phone though. If I wait more than three months (the period they save most of the data), is it still okay to use the same phone, or would it be safer to use a new one?

But if I use a new phone, it would be a completely new setup, so it makes no sense to wait those three months, correct?

Also, if I use my Google Play Store account linked to my original email to pay for premium features, could that connect me to a previous account?

And what about face verification? Can that link to old deleted accounts as well?
