New ENGWE EP-2 Pro with problems

Hi, I got a brand new ENGWE from Maj Cykler, but there is a problem. I can only ride about 15 km before the battery drops to one bar. I do not ride it unlocked/tuned.

My friends say there might be something wrong with the bike, and Maj Cykler are not very good at replying.

What should I do? Buy a new display?
