My father in law passed away recently and I’ve been maintaining the families pool lately. I noticed the water pump area is always wet and it goes onto the pavement below. I noticed this pin size hole with water gushing out of it. It’s gonna be a needle sized amount of water continuously gushing out.
What is the best way to repair this? Is there a sort of adhesive I can use to “plug” it up for now?

A sort of backstory;
I took over my wife’s Bronco when she got a new car and the more I drove it the more I noticed how awful it drove. I didn’t say anything because I figured it’s just how it drove. About a year ago the Bronco started to make weird noises when turning sort of like the tire rubbing against a plastic or something.
I realized it wasn’t that so I started to consider taking it in and hoping the warranty would cover it.
I procrastinated until I hit 59,000 miles just below the 60,000 warranty and by then the Bronco started to sound like it was gonna fall apart.
My dealership took it in and right away hinted it would be covered. Seems like they know it’s been an issue especially because I got the Bronco relatively fast despite all the work they’ve done.
Long story short, I didn’t pay a dime and now the Bronco is driving like a dream. I love driving this thing.
Having said that, I’m only going to keep it for another year before I turn it in.
