3 month progress. Seeking advice
26M, 6’0”. Looking for some advice on where to go from here.
I’ve been on reta for about 3 months (missed a couple weeks along the way). I’m currently at 2 mg/week and have gone from 233 lbs to 213 lbs, so down 20 pounds. Overall happy with the progress, but I feel like it’s stalled over the last few weeks.
I know I haven’t been maximizing it. My nutrition has been inconsistent, I haven’t consistently hit my protein goals, and my lifting has been hit or miss.
My goal is to lose body fat while preserving (or ideally building) muscle.
If you were in my shoes, what would you do next?
• Stay at 2 mg and get more disciplined with diet and lifting?
• Increase the Reta dose?
• Add anything else that’s actually worth it?
