My daughter has been asking for extra fancy floofy princess dresses like these, has anyone found sewing patterns or video tutorials for dresses like this?

Or I’m wondering if they find a common kids dress pattern and add layers? But I’m not sure how to go about adding layers and floof as I’ve only done a basic lining.

Any guidance appreciated!
