Fit check - some sort of ergobaby

I got this sling handed down so I'm not quite sure which it is but I'm having trouble with my fit.
Baby is 3 months and growing out of the stretchy wrap he's done 90% of his day sleep in.
Can you help? Is my torso too short?!
