*IF U ARE STUDENT AND UR PARENTS PAYS FOR YOUR RENT, just need to prove they are financially
capable
• Credit score 675+ (or 625+ with qualified cosigner)
• Monthly income at least 2.5x rent
• Management requires 5 business days between move-out and move-in – I will handle coordination
