I’m hoping that no one I know sees this post, just strangers who can offer safe advice

Is there a resource in this state for parents who are overwhelmed and can’t cope? Parents who have no money for help and no friends and don’t want to hand over their rights and their children. Parents who just need a break before they break. Is there a resource without serious consequences? I have no village and I’m scared. I’m losing sleep and I’m alone and exhausted and the littles are draining me to the point that I have no reserve left. Not asking the church. Thank you. I’m a safe person and I love these people. But I’m scared for myself.

Edit: I am in the American Fork, Highland, alpine area
