Been thinking about saber and Gil and their current loop and wondering how many ults over cycles would be to over powered would saber being able to ult every two cycles to overpowered that’s essentially 8 mil dmg from saber alone

Basically my question is how can these two even be balanced properly because I feel like if it isn’t fixed they will just nerf Gil into the ground keeping saber at T1
