Ella Mai ticket - got refunded for Ella Mai tickets even though the show is still on. Anyone else??
We got Ella Mai tickets during the pre-sale, but I just received an email saying the show was supposedly cancelled and that we’d be refunded. Checked my account and refunded na nga. 😅
I confirmed with Insignia Presents and they said the show is NOT cancelled. Anybody here experiencing the same issue? Check your junk/spam emails too haha.
