Today, I had an important project and needed a VPS right away. I thought OVH offered instant access to the purchased VPS. Now they are telling me that the purchased plan will take around 48 hours just for confirmation. I couldn't wait that long, so I cancelled it (though I didn't receive a confirmation email). The status in the dashboard under My Orders changed from 'Validation' to 'Cancelled', but again, I got no confirmation email. How long should I wait for them to contact me, or how long should I wait for the refund?

I should also mention that when I click on 'Cancelled', it only shows the tracking information.
