Hi! My partner and a few friends are planning to travel to Baler late in June, mainly for surfing. Wanted to know how the weather is around that time? Ok ba para magsurfing and hindi ba siya maulan? This is the only free time we’ll have if ever and we want to make the most out of it. 😅
