I’ve been clean for 9 almost 10 months now but when I did smoke it was very heavily, what are my odds of passing the test. And do they take from your head hair or body hair?

So I’m currently 240 5’7 and I did the math and to get below 35 bmi I have to be 223 at the time of my appointment in 4 days, I used to cut weight in highschool for powerlifting would it be worth it to cut for the bmi to not have to go through all of the sleep apnea stuff?
