Need hydration advice for upcoming 50k!

So I'm running my first 50k (Laurel Highlands Ultra). Since there's only 3 aid stations and they're all about 10 mi apart I'm trying to figure out if I can skate by with just 2 soft flasks (one for water and one for electrolytes) or should i bring 3 (4??). alternatively should I bring my filter for refills in between?

For context I'll (hopefully) be looking at a 7-ish hr finish. I'm looking for more specific pointers from people familiar with the race/trail, but will accept general anecdotes as well.
