Is Panama worth it?

Planning a 6 week trip to Central America with my wife, toddler and some good friends. We are looking at traveling to Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica and potentially Panama. One of my friends are really keen to do San Blas Islands specifically although I dont think shes properly researched this. Do you think its worth doing or spend more time exploring the other countries suggested. Let me know your opinions. Is it worth it?

Hol chan Marine Reserve Day trip with a toddler

As the title suggests I wanted to know if its possible to do the Hol Chan Marine Reserve tour with a 15 month old? This is something that really draws my partner and myself to coming to Belize, especially being able to swim with the sharks :) I understand that reefs can have a strong current and company's may not be able to provide suitable gear. We dont want to miss out on doing this tour, so wondering if theres a way we can juggle this so it was safe. We would bring our own life jacket for him for the trip, and if able could take it in turns snorkeling whilst the other parent stay on the boat. If this isn't possible then we would take it in turns to do the tour and the other parent remain on the island with our child.

Central America Trip with 16 Month Old

We’ve been wanting to do a Central America trip for years and unfortunately it keeps getting pushed back. We are bringing on 30 soon and want to make it happen. Anyone have any experience of doing a big journey like this with a 16 month old? Is it possible? 🤣 we are flying from Australia so it will be quite the journey to get there. And then over 6 weeks hoping to visit Mexico, Belize, Guatemala and Panama.
I see so many tik tok and reels on travel content with families whom just seem to make it happen.. I know that’s not always realistic but don’t want to stop traveling and holding back our dreams.
Don’t hold back with advise and experiences ha ha

Hokkaido in November

Hi guys,

Originally was planning to come to Hokkaido this year in the middle of November (14th-19th) considering its a part of Japan i've never visited. Just want to know if its worth visiting during this time or if we should spend our time somewhere else in Japan?

We arent into skiing/snow boarding. Rather were hoping to do a mini road trip in the mountains and to escape the main tourist golden circle of Japan (tokyo-kyoto-osaka).

Just loosely we were considering Sapporo, lake toya, norboribetsu and Jozankei.

What would you recommend? its so hard to find information considering I understand most people come to visit in summer or winter. We will also be travelling with our 4 month baby so theres that to factor in as well.

Japan travel with a baby (4 months old) sleeping advice.

Hi,

First time parents traveling to Japan with our 4-5 month old in October/November. Seeking some advise from other parents who have done it and survived it. Although I often come across travel hacks, I haven’t found a lot of information in regard to sleeping arrangements with baby’s in Japan. Did you bring your own portable bassinet or cot? Was this offered at some hotels or air bnbs? How did you go with this. I prefer not to co-sleep.
