Why would a guy (22M) open up to me (22F) about very personal topics early on in the dating process ?
Guys, is it common for you to open up about very personal things (childhood, family issues, emotional struggles, grief, etc.) pretty early when you’re flirting/talking to a girl?
It happened to me with this guy a few days ago. It was very late at night, and we texted back and forth almost all night. At one point, he started telling me things about his personal life out of the blue.
If that’s ever happened to you, why did you do it? Did you regret it right after?
Just trying to understand the male perspective on this.
