I had surgery a year ago for an impacted tooth and from the trauma the bone around the area died off and was sitting in the roof of my mouth for almost a year .. I assumed it was just exposed and my gum just hadn't grown over it until it started bothering me more and they felt like they were getting bigger!! So I went at it carefully with tweezers and got it all out! This only half in the vid. Feels like getting the worst sharpest splinter of my life out!! 10/10 relief now and surprisingly didn't hurt.
