I've been dealing with this since Monday. Moving into a home on Friday, trying to schedule installation for fiber on Saturday/Sunday/early next week. No matter what times I pick, what dates I select, it pushed it into June 1st or June 20th.

Called the offshore tech support, they set it to Saturday, and it reverted back to June 1st. Went to a store, they cancelled my appointment and had me re-register an account, picked Saturday, and then it reverted back to June 1st, despite everyone and even me seeing that there's multiple availability dates and time before that date.

Is this normal? Lol I am trying so hard to just frigging give them my business!
