I'm having a pretty odd issue with my "new" Edge controller. When I assign the right custom bumper to an input, I lose that button's functionality completely, both on the original button and the bumper. An important piece of context is that I bought this refurbished (excellent condition advertised on best buy).

Has anyone else had this issue before? Or have a fix? I've hard reset the controller, wiped the cache, and inspected the connections. I haven't looked at my warranty options yet but I'm hoping in an effort to save a few bucks, I didn't piss away $200+
