Just graduated. Feeling numb.

Came back home this week and everything feels so hollow. I am unable to put my mind to anything - upskilling, spending time outside, or even playing games or watching movies.

These four years keep replaying in my head - everything that went wrong and everything that I could've done better - I don't have a lot of regrets but a deep sense of dissatisfaction lingers. I don't feel like talking to my friends either. It's like I wish I could erase the memories and leave college behind before moving on to the next phase of life.

Would love to talk to anyone sharing similar feelings. Sorry if the post was a little irrelevant, I couldn't think of a better place to vent.
