Hi everyone,

I’m planning to visit Vietnam around Christmas and have a larger number of men’s suits made.

I’ll bring them back to the EU and want to declare them properly at customs. Starting on 1 January 2027, Vietnamese-made suits qualify for 0 percent import duty under the EU–Vietnam trade agreement, but only with the right origin paperwork.

Does anyone know a tailor in Vietnam who issues the required origin declaration for EU customs?

Tourist VAT refund would also be a huge plus.
