Trying to have a baby

So my husband have low Motility (Total motility: 1%

Progressive motility: 0%, vitality: 32%) with a normal Sperm count.

He is injecting pregnyl since August 2025 and his Sperm test was in November (I think) no more test to see if that change has been made because the doctor that he had (han urologyst) suck and he didn't gave him a plan to follow. Only try naturally and then go to a fertility clinic if we can't get pregnant.

I'm tracking my ovulation days and we both are taking supplements... I know that you guys are not doctors but I'm 34 almost 35 and my husband is 33. It is possible to have a baby naturally or we should go to the fertility clinic asap? We really want a baby (of course if natural conception or invitro don't work I will go for adoption) but because all are process expensive and procces that can take long... Do we have chances? It's hard to every month have my period and not be able to have a baby. And I know that for everybody is different but I want a little bit of direction on this.

Thanks :)
