What’s the biggest thing you dislike about Sherwin?

I’ve been working full time with Sherwin for a bit, interested to see what you guys think of the job. I know a lot of people really hate the job, honestly I can see why, it’s boring, but interested to see what jobs you would rather do, and what’s the biggest thing you dislike about it? For me it’s cycle counts and that ancient house phone going off. I’m trying to figure out if I’m alone with disliking it.

Does anybody have lazy work days? Does management do anything?

I’m a full timer in Florida and am bored to death at this job. There is often nothing to do, I completed most of my side tasks, at least the ones I want to do filling tinter putting away freight and stuff like that, but I just wanna chill on my phone. Will managers do anything if I sit at the back of the warehouse on my phone for a bit? Also why does it seem like a lot of people just do that anyways? Just sitting down on there phone? Does Sherwin not fire anybody for that? Even when there is tasks?

Anyone else bored to death at this job?

Any advice for working here? I’m so bored all the time and feel like I can take a 3 hour nap. Is this the norm? A whole shift feels like an eternity and need help. Anyone else experience this?
