Hey everyone,
I just noticed a targeted "Just For You" promotion in my World of Hyatt account and have some quick questions about how these timelines work, as the app seems to be giving me conflicting information.
The Promotion: Earn 1,500 bonus points per night, up to 10 nights.
The Confusion:
The registration deadline is tomorrow, May 27th.
On the main promotional landing page, it textually states the offer dates range until December 31, 2028 (which feels like a massive IT glitch).
When I click into the "Terms & Conditions" details, it states I only have 90 days from the date of registration to complete the stays.
Unfortunately, my planned Hyatt stay windows for the year aren’t until later (August and September) meaning the 90-day window from a May registration doesn't do me much good.
My questions:
If I click "Register" right now just to lock it in, does that take me out of the running for future targeted offers later this year when I actually have stays planned?
Alternatively, if I let this offer expire tomorrow without registering, does the algorithm ever recycle these offers and push them back out to you at a later date?
Has anyone else seen this 2028 expiration glitch on their targeted promos lately? I assume the 90-day T&C rule overrides everything?
