I’ve got reddish sore lesions on my hands, not sure what it is

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone knows what these lesions on my hand are? I have a diagnosis of lichen planus which I’m not 100% sure about as it was based off small purple spots on my leg, and I also have CSU.

They feel quite sensitive and sore, not itchy at all.

I went to GP and I was given fucibet cream around last year, it’s been on and off but has flared up recently.
Any advice would be great,
